The Red Card is not a credit card. It is a prepaid card. Which means you can’t spend money you don’t have. You can only spend what you have loaded onto the card. So you load it and use it. And if you need to be reminded what you’ve spent your money on, just go to your account and click on it.

It’s safer to carry than cash. If the card is lost and stolen, one phone call to us, and it’s cancelled, which means your money will be transferred to your new card as the replacement. All you need is:-

1.	To be between 15 - 17 years of age
2.	A mailing address in Malaysia
3.	Only Parents can make the application for you
4.	The Parent must first have his or her own valid Tune Money Prepaid Visa Card

Go to TuneMoney and click the apply now. It will ask you to login. Just click the First Time Customer and some popups automatically appear. Please make sure you disable you popups blocker.

Follow all the step until you see the payment. Minimum to pay RM50.00. That is not payment for applying the card. It's toping your credit in your card. You can use it once you receive your card later. There are two choice of payment method. If you pay direct online, your card will be processed on the spot and you will receive your card within a week. If you pay offline (go to CIMB or Post Office), your card will be proccessed after a week or two.

Once you receive your card, you must activated it 1st using online system. Just go to www.tunemoney.com, login with your ID and Password, click your card, click the Activate. You can see your statement online.

note: But, make sure you write down your Username ID and Password and put it in save place. Yes, it is annoying requirement when you want to login your account. But it is good! It will secure your account online. Now there are no boundaries if you want to purchase N-Gage games online through www.n-gage.com or from N-Gage application in your phone.
